Terms of Use

H2 GOVCON READY provides workflow tooling for government contracting teams: opportunity tracking, solicitation analysis, fit scoring, compliance matrices, proposal drafting, and a company knowledge base. The service is a productivity aid. It is not legal advice, contracting advice, accounting advice, or a substitute for your own review of solicitation documents and applicable regulations.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including activity by teammates you invite.
• Workspace owners control member access and may remove members at any time.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization you register.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to extract facts from solicitations, suggest NAICS codes, produce fit scores, build compliance matrices, and draft proposal content. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

• You must independently verify every AI-generated or AI-extracted item — due dates, set-aside type, NAICS codes, page limits, submission portals, evaluation criteria, and pricing — against the official solicitation and any addenda before you rely on it.
• Fit Scores and bid recommendations are heuristic aids, not predictions of award, eligibility determinations, or professional advice.
• You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of anything you submit to a government buyer.
• H2 GOVCON READY is not liable for missed deadlines, non-responsive submissions, protests, or lost awards resulting from reliance on AI output.

The restrictions in the Data Security & Acceptable Use Policy — including the prohibitions on classified information and on CUI, CDI, and export-controlled technical data — are part of these Terms. Uploading prohibited data is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension and deletion of the affected content.

H2 GOVCON READY makes no representation that the platform is CMMC compliant, FedRAMP authorized, NIST 800-171 or 800-53 compliant, DFARS 252.204-7012 compliant, ITAR registered, or otherwise government approved or accredited. Do not represent the platform as holding any such status. If your contract requires a safeguarding standard, do not process covered data in the platform unless we have confirmed suitability in writing.

You retain ownership of the documents, company data, and proposal content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you, including transmitting relevant excerpts to our AI processing providers to generate the outputs you request.

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense the platform.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to access other workspaces or accounts.
• Do not use the platform to violate procurement law, misrepresent your eligibility or size status, or submit knowingly false information to the Government.
• Do not use the platform to generate content that falsely claims past performance, certifications, personnel, or capabilities you do not have.

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period, and you may export your data before it ends.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2 GOVCON READY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost awards, or lost data. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for prohibited data uploads, or where continued access presents a legal or security risk. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@govconunlocked.com.
